Marvin is a 20 month old purebred red Scottish Highland (both parents are registered). We thought he was a steer, but the universe decided it wasn't quite done f*cking with us yet, so alas - we are listing him for sale.
Marvin is a very sweet guy, with a calm temperament and raised in our fold. We are only selling because of our unexpected (and very untimely) discovery that he does in fact, have (one or more) nuts. He's always been pretty quiet but over the last few weeks he's been exhibiting a lot of *very bull-like* behaviour (if you catch my drift). He was banded as a calf and I was quite confident in my skills at the time, but his behaviour has me questioning said skills, and therefore also my entire life.
We did not plan on selling him, but because of our barn fire, we quite literally have no way of separating him from the fold and we don't want to take any chances with our younger heifers. Ideally, we would like to run him through the squeeze to confirm our suspicions, but again due to the loss of our facilities, this is not possible for us right now. As such, we would like to see him moved onto greater (and ideally less familial) pastures ASAP.
We are located in Southwestern Ontario (Sarnia/Courtright area).
If you would like to add sweet Marvin to your fold, please email Andy here. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.
